A few helpful details to make getting started feel a little easier.

Who we work with:

Crescent Counseling Group proudly supports and serves all individuals, regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, cultural background, or religious and spiritual beliefs.

We work with individuals (ages 14+), couples, and families.

While we are located in Charleston, we also offer telehealth services for clients anywhere in the state of West Virginia.

  • We are in-network with BCBS, UMR (PEIA), and PEAK Insurance.

    Session fees are determined by your specific insurance plan and may vary depending on your deductible and coverage.

  • To better understand your coverage, you may want to call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask:

    • Do I have mental health benefits?

    • What is my deductible and has it been met?

    • How many sessions per year are covered?

    • What is my co-pay?

  • If we are not in network with your provider, we can still work with you by billing your insurance or providing documentation for possible reimbursement.

  • We also accept private pay clients. Fees vary by provider and service. Please contact us for more details.

  • There is an adjacent parking lot with free parking

  • The building is ADA accessible

  • Our practice is on the 2nd Floor

  • There are several waiting areas - please look for signs

  • Restrooms are located across from the elevator

  • Your therapist will communicate instructions on how to enter the building
